• Guarantee and Service:
(i) Warranty is for 1-3 years.
In the warranty Period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free, if the problem belongs to us. But you should pay for both sides shipping fee.
After warranty, we only charge the material cost, you should be responsible for shipment.
(ii) Free training:
You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free training, which includes the software operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
(iii) Technical Support:
If needed, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such as visa, hotel, food, both trip plane ticket, and also USD100/day/staff (from our engineer’s departure from Shenzhen) and should help to arrange our staff visa.
